With Comic Con over the weekend there were a lot of new trailers released. Here are a few of those…
IN TIME
“In the future people stop aging at 25 and must work to buy themselves more time, but when a young man finds himself with more time than he can imagine, he must run from the corrupt police force to save his life.”
I think this actually looks really good. I was wondering how long it’d take Justin Timberlake to start doing action movies considering the void in decent male stars…
Also Stars: Amanda Seyfried, Vincent Kartheiser, Olivia Wilde, Alex Pettyfer, Matt Bomer, Johnny Galecki, and Cillian Murphy.
Release Date: October 28th, 2011
DRIVE
“A Hollywood stunt performer who moonlights as a wheelman discovers that a contract has been put on him after a heist gone wrong.”
Like before with Timberlake, here is another pretty boy (Ryan Gosling) making a run at a legit action role, and seemingly – nailing it. If In Time looks good, this looks f**king great! I calling it – MUST SEE.
Also Stars: Bryan Cranston, Carey Mulligan, Christina Hendricks, Albert Brooks, and Ron Perlman.
Release Date: September 16th, 2o11
HAYWIRE
“A black ops super soldier seeks payback after she is betrayed and set up during a mission.”
So it sounds a little like an old Charles Bronson movie, except Charlie never looked as good as MMA celeb Gina Carano.
Soderbergh‘s resume is mostly positive, and the cast (except for Tatum) is excellent.
Also Stars: Michael Fassbender, Ewan McGregor, Michael Douglas, Antonio Banderas, and Bill Paxton.
Release Date: January 20th, 2012
A GOOD OLD FASHIONED ORGY
“A group of 30-year-olds who have been friends since high school attempt to throw an end-of-summer orgy.”
Jason Sudeikis lives his days away in an existence of drunken awesomeness. This lifestyle is endangered though when his old man decides to sell the ‘summer home’, so Sudeikis plans to throw one last blowout…
Also Stars: Tyler Labine, Will Forte, Leslie Bibb, Lake Bell, Lucy Punch, Don Johnson, Angela Sarafyan, Martin Starr, and David Koechner.
Release Date: September 2nd, 2011 (Limited)
