FX has released the first full trailer for What We Do in the Shadows Season 2 one month before it’s April premiere.
Set in New York City, the show follows three vampires who have been roommates for hundreds of years. In Season 2, the vampires will try to find their way in a world of human Super Bowl parties, internet trolls, an energy vampire who gets a promotion and becomes drunk on power and of course, all the ghosts, witches, necromancers, zombies and shadowy cloaked assassins who roam freely in the Tri-State area.

The 10-episode season 2 is scheduled to premiere on April 15 on FX. It stars Matt Berry (The IT Crowd), Kayvan Novak (Early Man), Natasia Demetriou (Year Friends), Harvey Guillen (The Magicians), and Mark Proksch (The Office).
Season 2 will also be featuring Star Wars alum Mark Hamill, who is the latest big name set to make an appearance in the series with the first season featuring guest-stars that included Dave Bautista, Evan Rachel Wood, Danny Trejo, Wesley Snipes, Paul Rubens, and Tilda Swinton, who all played vampires.
FX previously released two short new teasers. The teasers find the vamps heading to the pharmacy, on the hunt for sunscreen and blood pressure tests. Additionally, we had a short teaser released even before these showcasing the vamps sitting around watching a good, bloody puppet show. Check out all three of ’em below:
What We Do in the Shadows is based on the 2014 vampire mockumentary film of the same name which follows a group of vampires (Taika Waititi, Jermaine Clement, Jonathan Brugh, Ben Fransham) who live together in modern-day Wellington, New Zealand as they go through the mundane tasks of everyday life and of rooming with other people, as well as bringing in a vampire (Cori Gonzalez-Macuer) just turned by the group. The film earned rave reviews from critics upon release and quickly became an international cult classic, propelling Waititi and Clement even further into the spotlight as actors, writers, and directors.
What We Do in the Shadows returns on FX on April 15, with episodes airing the next day on Hulu.
