Baytown Outlaws

Celeste (Eva Longoria) enlists the help of three redneck brothers to retrieve her son from Billy Bob Thornton.  They successfully complete the mission, but then have Thornton’s assembly of hot miscreants seek revenge for him.

A girl inherits what she believes to be her grandmothers estate.  She brings along her friends to investigate the home, but they get more than they bargained for when they meet Leatherface.

Subject to the reboot clause, it is difficult to say what story line this is emulating, or if it is picking up where someone else left off.  Is it a re-imagining, a reboot, a remake, or a sequel of sorts?  What ever it is, its in 3D!

Director:  John Luessenhop
Stars:  Alexandra Daddario, Dan Yeager, Trey Songz, Scott Eastwood, Tania Raymonde, Shaun Sipos, and Keram Malicki-Sanchez.
Release Date:  January 4, 2013

[tab title=”This is the End”]

The newest addition to the action comedy genre is This is the End.  We get to see the real life world ending apocalypse and how some of our favorite comedic performers make it out alive.  Well, Michael Cera didn’t make it, but maybe if we’re lucky we’ll get a surprise appearance.

With a classic line up of modern comedy stars, we’ll get to see if they are portraying characters, or if this will just be a natural flow of how they would really be if they experienced the apocalypse.

Director:  Seth Rogen, and Evan Goldberg
Stars:  James Franco, Jonah Hill, Seth Rogen, Jay Baruchel, Danny McBride, and Craig Robinson.
Release Date:  Summer 2013
