The new Tim Burton feature to debut this year is Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children based on the best-best selling novel of the same name by Ransom Riggs. The story revolves around a place where “peculiar” children can be themselves, or rather a place where they don’t have to hid from their peculiarities. We’re not only weeks away from the arrival of the newest chapter in DC’s film universe, and perhaps the most ambitious movie they’ve ever done. Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice will mark the first time we have seen the Dark Knight and the Man of Steel together in a major feature release, but that’s not the half of it. Through in Wonder Woman and this film takes shape a whole other shape. Suddenly, this isn’t about Bats and the Big Blue Boy Scout, but about the whole DC universe. Flash, Cyborg, and Aquaman haven’t been shown in footage yet, but they are all said to make appearances here too.

Not only from the great weather and the accompanying plant bloom, but the greenbacks that’ll be exchanged at the box office as audiences flock to see more Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action. That’s right, the heroes in a half shell are back in the inevitable sequel to the 2014 hit. And their new foes can’t wait.
There’s no surprise there. Someone had to fill in the power vacuum after the turtles put the kibosh to Shredder in the first movie. And what an ensemble of lowlife scum! Long-time fans will immediately recognize the mutated boar Bebop and rhino Rocksteady in movie trailer below:

Hey, Wonder Woman fans, remember last year? 2015 was scarce in news of the Amazing Amazon’s first feature-length movie. We covered here at Grizzly Bomb the available info at the time: Chris Pine of Star Trek fame is Wondy’s love interest Steve Trevor; actors Sean Bean and Eva Green were rumored as possible villains; and Lord of the Rings‘ Cate Blanchett was auditioning for…something.
Flash forward a couple of months, and into early 2016. Talk about a night and day difference. The amount of teaser information is almost as overwhelming as the Amazon herself.
